Job Description

Responsibilities ? Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers ? Implement cloud infrastructure strategies across multiple environments ? Drive automation initiatives to improve deployment processes, monitoring and incident response ? Collaborate with development teams to optimize CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows ? Create and maintain documentation for operational procedures and best practices ? Implement security best practices and maintain compliance requirements ? Oversee capacity planning and resource optimization ? Drive automation initiatives across the technology stack LI-DNI
Requirements ? 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability or similar technical role ? 3+ years of people management experience leading a technical team ? Experience with cloud platforms (OCI, Azure, GCP, AWS) ? Strong background in automation and infrastructure as code (Terraform) ? Understanding of CI/CD principles and tools (Jenkins, Git, Artifactory, or similar) ? Strong knowledge of monitoring, logging, and observability platforms ? Experience with containerization and orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker) ? Excellence in cross-functional collaboration and communication Desired Skills ? Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems ? Knowledge of security best practices and compliance requirements ? Background in agile methodologies and lean practices ? Background in software development ? Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities ? Excellent communicator
