Minimum Qualifications: Masters / Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field 10 - 16 years of development experience Expert knowledge of Spring ecosystem (Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Integration, Spring Cloud Data Flow etc) Expert knowledge of Java/JavaEE, JVM ecosystem, memory model, tuning, threading, reactive streams, modularization Knowledge on Cloud computing techniques (Virtualization, Containers, AWS and/or any public/private cloud) Strong knowledge in asynchronous, distributed event based architectures, distributed computing concepts, elastic computing and resilience. Experiance with GEN AI Tools Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of Domain Driven Design concepts and Microservices Experience with at least one major server side web development stack Technical knowledge of the least one major RDBMS, preferably SQL Server Knowledge of NoSQL data stores (MongoDB, Cassandra, Neo4J, CouchDB) Experience with Unit Testing, Integration testing and BDD (JUnit, Mockito, Cucumber Frameworks) Expert knowledge of build tools and dependency management (gradle, maven) Experience with Agile as software development methodology Strong verbal communications, cross-group collaboration skills, analytical, structured and strategic thinking. Great interpersonal skills, cultural awareness, belief in teamwork. Problem Solving skills and ability to swim in ambiguity LI-DNI
