MIS Executive (WFM Support)
The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical skills and excellent command over
Advanced Excel
, Software , CRM.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Manage and update workforce data, attendance, and schedules.
Coordinate with operations to ensure adequate staffing and shift planning.
Monitor real-time performance and highlight deviations.
Analyze data trends and provide actionable insights to management.
Handle employee shift swaps, leave records, and schedule changes.
Requirements:
1 year of experience in
MIS / Workforce- WFM/ Backend operations
(BPO preferred).
Excellent in Advanced Excel
(pivot tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, charts, formulas, dashboards).
Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Good communication and coordination ability.
Knowledge of WFM tools (NICE, Aspect, Verint, Genesys) is an added advantage.
