Job Title: Stock Broking Sales Executive / Investment Sales Associate (WFH)

Location: Pune (Remote / Hybrid)

Experience: Fresher - 0 to 1 Year

Qualification: Any Graduate (Finance background preferred but not mandatory)

Job Summary

We are looking for highly motivated freshers who want to build their career in the stock market and financial sales. The role focuses on acquiring new clients for Demat & Trading accounts, explaining investment products, and generating business through calls and digital channels. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Cold calling / warm calling to potential customers Explaining benefits of Demat & Trading Account Helping clients open Demat, KYC completion, onboarding support Promoting company services like brokerage plans, investing apps, research calls Generating leads via social media, WhatsApp, references Maintaining daily MIS, CRM updates, sales tracking Following compliance guidelines during sales communication Coordinating with backend team for activation of new accoun Equity Delivery Intraday Package
Skills Required

Good communication skills (Hindi/Marathi/English) Strong interest in stock market / investing Confidence in phone-based sales Basic computer and mobile app handling Quick learner, target-oriented mindset Ability to explain financial products simply
