Work From Home, Night Shift E-commerce Support for USA based Company
? Customer Support for International SIM card users globally.
? Handle inquiries
? Resolve issues.
? Provide Support to the end user.
? Improve Customer experience.
? Support Management for Business Development

Important

:
This is a Full-time contract job.
No perks or bonuses.
Night-shift only. (India Time)
Work location: Remote / Work from Home

Qualifications

:
? Experience in an E-commerce and Mobile Service provider is a plus.
? Experience in T-Mobile, Verizon, AT&T and other prepaid mobile is preferred.
? Must be a College Graduate
? 5-year plus experience in Call Center experience is a plus
? Good English comprehension. Neutral accent
? Analytical and good knowledge in MS Office esp. Excel ? Fast-learner, have a keen attention to details , have passion to learn and able to multi-task
? Reliable, Problem solver and resolution oriented
? Should be willing to work on weekends and holidays

Tool requirements:

? Laptop or Desktop (with external keyboard and mouse /computer of at least 8 GB RAM)
? Wired Internet Connection speed of 20 MBPS or higher
? Good quality USB headset
? Second Monitor after 30 days is a must.
? Dependable and steady backup for electricity and internet.
