Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Western Vocals Teacher to join our growing team. This role involves delivering high-quality music lessons to children aged 6-14 using Music Pandit's curriculum and methodology. The ideal candidate will be passionate about teaching, comfortable with both online and offline instruction, and able to inspire students to sing confidently and joyfully.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging, structured Western vocal lessons as per Music Pandit's curriculum Prepare students for internal assessments, performances, and external certifications Monitor student progress and share regular feedback with parents Collaborate with academic and content teams to continuously improve lesson delivery Contribute to Music Pandit's activities such as recitals, recordings, competitions, and
social media features

Maintain high standards of discipline, engagement, and student motivation

What We're Looking For

Strong foundation in Western vocals - Ability to sing confidently across a range of
genres. A Degree or certification in music(minimum Grade 5) is mandatory.

2-5 years of experience teaching children or young adults Excellent communication and classroom management skills. Energetic, patient, and
adaptable teaching style. Passion for working with children and making music fun and
accessible

Experience with online teaching tools (Zoom, Google Meet) and basic tech-savviness
