Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Western Spa Therapist for various Hotels and Resorts in Kerala. As a Western Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional spa treatments and services to our clientele. This is a full-time position based in Cochin, Kerala, India, and requires a minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in a similar role.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience as a Western Spa Therapist
• Diploma or certification in Western spa therapy or related field
• In-depth knowledge of different Western spa treatments and techniques
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent customer service and sales skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Attention to detail and a high level of professionalism
• Ability to adapt to the individual needs and preferences of clients
• Proficiency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus

• Deliver a wide range of Western spa treatments to clients, including massages, facials, body treatments, and nail services
• Assess clients\' needs and provide personalized spa recommendations and advice
• Maintain a clean and organized spa environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in Western spa therapies
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clients\' comfort and satisfaction throughout their spa experience
• Upsell retail products and promote spa service offerings
• Collaborate with other spa therapists and staff to ensure a seamless and enjoyable spa experience for clients
• Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including confidentiality and ethical standards
