Job Description

:

The Western Music Teacher must inspire and guide students towards musical excellence. The ideal candidate will be proficient in teaching Guitar, Drums, and Keyboard at both beginner and intermediate levels, helping students develop their musical talents in a structured, creative, and enjoyable environment. This role is essential in fostering a lifelong love for music among students of varying skill levels.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach Guitar, Drums, and Keyboard to students from beginner to intermediate levels, both individually and in group settings. Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to students with different levels of musical ability, ensuring each student progresses at their own pace. Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages creativity, practice, and a deep appreciation for music. Prepare students for performances, recitals, and other school-related musical events, helping them gain confidence and stage presence. Implement strong classroom management in classes with multiple students, ensuring each receives the attention and guidance needed to improve their musical skills. Encourage exploration of different music genres and styles, broadening students' musical horizons. Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as required by the school leadership.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education:

A degree or certification in Music or Music Education is preferred.

Work Experience:

Proficiency in Guitar, Drums, and Keyboard, with teaching experience at beginner and intermediate levels.

Skills:

Ability to teach students of varying abilities, both in group and individual settings. Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to explain musical concepts clearly and effectively. Excellent classroom management skills, with a passion for inspiring young musicians.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
