Responsibilities:

System Design and Configuration:

Creating and configuring Master Batch Records (MBRs), State Diagrams, and other system components.

Integration:

Integrating PAS-X with other systems like ERP (e.g., SAP) and integrating with lower-level systems (L2).

Support and Maintenance:

Providing technical support for the PAS-X system, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring system stability.

Validation

: Validating the system and its configurations.

Documentation and Training:

Creating and maintaining documentation and training materials.

Project Management

: Managing MES implementation projects and ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Compliance

: Ensuring the system is compliant with relevant regulations (e.g., GxP, 21 CFR Part 11). Serve as an ambassador who embodies our Core Values, prioritizing the success of E Tech Group, our clients, and the professional development of our associates.

You have:

Hands-on experience with the Werum PAS-X system, including its various modules (Weighing & Dispensing, Electronic Batch Recording, Equipment Management, etc.). Understanding of MES principles, ISA95/S88 standards, and practical application of these standards. Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and related regulations. Experience with system administration, configuration, customisation, installation, and upgrades. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Experience with project management methodologies and tools. Knowledge of databases, scripting, and other relevant IT technologies.
