About the Role

We are looking for a

Key Account Manager - Ecommerce & Quick Commerce

to drive the growth of our FMCG brands across leading online platforms. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end ecommerce operations, strengthen platform partnerships, and deliver consistent sales and profitability growth.

Key Responsibilities

Manage relationships with major ecommerce & quick commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart). Lead joint business planning (JBP), negotiations, promotions, and pricing strategies. Drive monthly and quarterly sales & GMV targets across assigned platforms. Monitor product performance and take corrective actions for underperforming SKUs. Coordinate with logistics and supply chain to ensure fill rates above 95%. Conduct business reviews, performance analysis, and share actionable insights. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, finance, and operations teams for seamless execution. Support new product launches, campaign rollouts, and pricing decisions

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience:

3-7 years in ecommerce or quick commerce account management.

Industry:

FMCG, CPG, or D2C background preferred.

Skills:

Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.

Tools & Platforms:

Hands-on experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, and Instamart.
