Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, shortlisting, scheduling, and follow-ups)
Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements
Draft and post job advertisements on various platforms
Conduct initial telephonic/virtual screening interviews
Maintain and update candidate databases and reports
Build strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs
Requirements:
Graduate in HR, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office and job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
Strong time management and organizational abilities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ?20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
