Key Responsibilities
Staff management: attendance tracking, discipline monitoring, shift scheduling, and resolving staff issues
End-to-end recruitment and onboarding
Attendance and payroll coordination
Employee engagement activities
HR policies, documentation, and compliance
Support performance evaluation processes
Handle grievances and maintain a positive work culture
Ensure smooth daily HR operations
Education & Qualifications
Graduate in HR / Business Administration / Commerce or related field
MBA/PGDM in HR preferred (not mandatory)
BBA/BBM with HR specialization accepted
HR certification courses (Talent Acquisition, Payroll, HRBP) are a plus
Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome
Prior HR operations or recruitment exposure is an advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
