Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Female Training & Placement Officer to manage student training, internships, and final placements for our Hotel Management Institute. The candidate will act as a bridge between students and the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate industrial training and internships for students Build and maintain strong relationships with hotels, resorts, and hospitality brands Arrange campus placements, interviews, and recruitment drives Prepare students for interviews, grooming, and industry readiness Maintain placement records, reports, and employer feedback Guide students regarding career opportunities in the hospitality sector
Requirements:

Female candidate preferred Experience in training & placement or hospitality industry is mandatory Strong communication and coordination skills Good industry connections with hotels and hospitality groups Presentable personality with mentoring ability
