You'll be the
go-to person
for client queries, training, and onboarding, while also collaborating with our backend team to ensure smooth operations. If you love solving problems, communicating with people, and exploring new possibilities for growth--this is the right role for you!
Key Responsibilities
Engage with customers via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
Address client enquiries, concerns, and escalate priority issues.
Develop a strong understanding of our software and guide users on best practices.
Suggest new features/modules by incorporating client feedback.
Explore new market segments and applications for existing and upcoming software.
Train users effectively and ensure smooth client onboarding.
Collaborate with backend staff to complete school/client data uploads within strict timelines.
What We're Looking For
Excellent phone etiquette & communication skills (verbal & written).
Strong interpersonal and people skills with high emotional intelligence.
Proficiency in
Microsoft Office

Detail-oriented and capable of working independently.

Experience:
