We are hiring high-performing B2C sales professionals to drive student admissions and revenue targets across our training centres. The role involves end-to-end customer acquisition, student and parent counselling, lead management, and consistent target achievement in a high-incentive sales environment.
Experience & Compensation
Experience: 4-11 years (B2C / Centre Sales / Customer Acquisition)
CTC: 5-11 LPA plus performance-based incentives
Notice Period: Immediate to maximum 15 days

Reporting To: Regional Head Sales / VP Sales
Key Responsibilities
Achieve weekly and monthly admission targets
Handle end-to-end B2C sales (lead to counselling to closure)
Generate leads via events, seminars, digital platforms, and partnerships
Conduct student and parent counselling sessions
Identify new tie-ups with schools and colleges
Track market trends and competitor activity
Maintain CRM data and prepare sales performance reports
Ensure high customer satisfaction standards
Must-Have Skills
Strong B2C or centre sales experience
Target-driven and incentive-focused mindset
Student counselling or admissions exposure
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
CRM and MS Office proficiency
Proven sales performance with incentives earned

Individual contributors comfortable with high targets
Stable career history
Inside sales or pre-sales profiles are not preferred.
