SAMA (??, balance), is India's first Calm Mind Studios -- a network of stress- free physical and virtual studios for people

starting or re-starting their wellness journey.

Our spaces are device-free, mirror-free and stress-free making it easy for even those that have never stepped into a fitness space.

Our approach rests firmly on the 2 pillars of healthspan-

exercise and emotional/mental well-being.

Through small group, expert-led sessions in mindful wellness formats such as Pilates, Aerial Fitness, Classical and Contemporary Yoga combined with Calm Mind Practices such as breathwork and micro meditation, we help you ease from hesitation to consistency.

We have 2 Studios in Bengaluru and are opening our first one in Hyderabad. The team consists of experienced Yoga and Pilates teachers with backgrounds in Physiotherapy, Strength Training and Yoga.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and entrepreneurial Studio Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage walk in and online sales enquiries Coordinate wellness events at the Studio with the teaching team and promote them in the local area/online Manage the schedule of the team Work with the Corporate team in Bangalore to launch local marketing campaigns Manage member feedback, if any

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's in Hospitality, Retail Management or MBA Good communication skills and an ability to deal with varied situations Ability to multi- task and follow a structured approach to each project Be present as per the operational hours of the Studio.
