Role Overview
We are looking for a
dynamic, street-smart and empathetic sales executive
who can represent our wellness philosophy on-ground, actively generate leads, build client relationships, convert walk-ins, and build long-term trust with individuals, institutions, and partners.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Client Acquisition
Actively approach potential clients (in clinics, gyms, societies, events) and explain our therapies
Generate daily leads through field visits, wellness camps, tie-ups, and health awareness sessions
Follow-up on digital and walk-in inquiries via WhatsApp, calls, and in-person
Maintain and grow a personal pipeline of warm prospects
Consultative Sales & Conversion
Understand client health concerns, suggest appropriate therapies or packages (with doctor's guidance)
Build trust through repeated follow-ups and helpful suggestions (not hard selling)
Convert interest into bookings with clear CTAs and guided onboarding
Upsell services (add yoga, massage, consultation) when relevant
Partnership & B2B2C Activation
Create tie-ups with:
Hotels, tour operators, homestays (offer packages for tourists)
Hospitals and Pharmacies for (Pre and Post Surgical care)
Gyms, yoga studios (offer detox + recovery combos)
Schools & colleges (for wellness awareness programs)
Corporate offices (for employee wellness packages)
Marketing Support
Help organize and manage on-ground wellness camps, pop-ups, or events
Distribute pamphlets, health tips, and manage awareness stalls
Gather testimonials and photo/video content with consent
Track and manage feedback forms post therapy
Reporting & CRM
Maintain lead sheets, booking tracker, and follow-up records
Provide daily/weekly reports on lead status, feedback, and closures
Suggest improvements based on field observations
Required Qualifications & Traits
Minimum 2 years of experience in
field sales / healthcare / wellness / fitness / hospitality
Fluent communication in Hindi and English
Confident, polite, and empathetic attitude -- able to build trust in 2 minutes
Basic understanding of naturopathy, homeopathy, or Ayurveda is a bonus (training will be provided)
Knowledge of Udaipur geography and local networks
(Preferred)
Comfortable with basic WhatsApp, Excel/Sheets, and CRM updates
Free training in naturopathy, therapy awareness, and wellness sales
Chance to grow into a Wellness Consultant or Sales Manager role within Udaipur.
