We're seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven

Wellness Sales Advisor

to join our growing team. In this role, you'll guide clients through personalized wellness solutions, helping them make informed choices that improve their health and lifestyle. You'll be at the forefront of client interaction -- understanding their goals, addressing concerns, and driving conversions through empathetic, consultative sales conversations.

Key Responsibilities


Conduct engaging video or phone consultations to assess client needs and goals.
Recommend tailored wellness programs and solutions that align with client requirements.
Build trust-based relationships through active listening and product expertise.
Overcome client hesitations and close sales through persuasive, customer-centric dialogue.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of interactions, leads, and conversions in the CRM.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and exceptional client experience.
Consistently achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining high service quality.

What You Bring to the Role

Experience:

2+ years in sales, inside sales, or telesales -- preferably in wellness, healthcare, or consumer services.
Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
Strong consultative selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
Empathy-driven approach with a passion for helping clients achieve their wellness goals.
Familiarity with

CRM tools

and data-driven sales tracking.
Background in

life sciences, nutrition, or healthcare

is a strong plus.
