Job Title: Wellness Operations Manager - Employee Health & Benefits
Reports to: Head of Operations
Location: Bangalore
Team: Manages a team of 2
Role Overview:
As the Wellness Manager, you will lead corporate health and wellness initiatives focused on delivering personalized, digital-first experiences for clients. You will drive strategy, execution, client servicing, and team leadership across wellness offerings such as Annual Health Check-ups (AHCs), EEPs, and OPD plans. This role demands high ownership across vendor management, analytics, Sales support and service excellence to ensure strong client retention and program success.
Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management and Retention

  • Own end-to-end client engagement and retention for wellness portfolios.
  • Understand unique client needs and design tailored programs (AHC/OPD/ EAP's etc.).
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews and present insights to corporate HR's and Sr.Management
  • Drive program participation and increase wallet share from existing clients.
Program Operations & Execution
  • Lead execution of wellness events, health camps, and virtual initiatives.
  • Ensure seamless delivery with internal teams and external partners.
  • Manage day-to-day escalations and deliver resolution with high CSAT.
  • Track and report utilization, feedback, and monthly analytics for clients.
Vendor & Partner Coordination
  • Coordinate with diagnostic centers,EAP providers, and other vendors.
  • Negotiate quotes, pricing, and contracts ensuring cost-effectiveness and reliability.
  • Evaluate vendors' performance and support onboarding of new partners.
Team & Project Management
  • Lead a team of 3, setting goals, work distribution, and performance evaluation.
  • Manage cross-functional wellness projects and monthly campaigns.
  • Drive automation and workflow efficiency with the Product & Ops team.
  • Deliver success metrics across participation, engagement, and retention.
Analytics & Reporting
  • Track product-line usage, campaign results, and vendor performance.
  • Run competitive analysis and support product strategy decisions.
  • Present monthly dashboards and insights to clients and leadership.
Sales & P&L Support
  • Engage with CXOs and HR leaders to articulate Nova's wellness offerings.
  • Provide client feedback to improve product-market fit and enhance value proposition.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare or related fields
  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B wellness management, employee benefits or B2B health tech.
  • Strong client management, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with operational processes, vendor partnerships, and invoicing
  • Highly proficient in Excel and reporting tools for data-driven decision-making.
  • Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and ownership mindset.
  • Ability to lead teams, handle ambiguity, and execute in fast-paced environments.
Preferred Attributes:
  • Strong presentation skills and confidence to engage with senior stakeholders.
  • High bias for action, customer obsession and great at time management
  • Familiarity with wellness products like OPD, EAPs, health screenings etc.
  • Passion for improving employee health and engagement through innovative programs.
