Role Overview As a Wellness Activity Specialist, you will be the face of our wellness initiative--leading mass communications, retail sales outreach, and community events to drive enrollment and cultivate healthier lifestyles. What You'll Do Mass Communication & Presentations Conduct engaging seminars at gyms, retailers, and community venues to promote our wellness offerings and enroll participants. Distribute promotional materials and represent the brand at various events. Field & Retail Sales Drive sign-ups directly in high-traffic areas, with a focus on educating individuals about health benefits. Meet and track enrollment targets through proactive field campaigns. Partnership & Outreach Development Build relationships with fitness centers, retail outlets, and community groups to broaden our reach. Explore new locations and opportunities for program promotion. Event Coordination & Support Organize and execute wellness-focused events--fitness challenges, free health consultations, etc. Collaborate on logistics, coordination, and participant engagement. Reporting & Optimization Maintain attendance and enrollment records. Monitor and report key metrics, refining outreach strategies based on performance. What We're Looking For Strong presentation and interpersonal communication skills. Prior experience in sales, wellness programs, or community engagement a plus. Energetic, approachable, and goal-driven demeanor. Comfortable working in field environments and traveling as needed. Bonus: Certifications in fitness, health coaching, or related fields.
