Role & Responsibilities:

Deliver an exceptional consultation experience while honoring client needs. Take complete ownership of client treatments and monitor overall progress. Maintain a clean, hygienic, and professional branch environment at all times. Ensure clients achieve satisfactory and visible treatment results. Conduct regular follow-ups to track client progress and outcomes. Supervise therapists to ensure treatments are executed as per company SOPs. Handle client concerns and complaints with professionalism and empathy. Safeguard medical equipment, products, and company assets. Ensure consistent client satisfaction, retention, and long-term engagement. Identify, monitor, and effectively address client degradation issues.

Requirements:

Minimum

2 years of relevant experience

. Strong passion for the

Wellness Industry

. High sense of responsibility toward client care and satisfaction.

Proficiency in the local language is mandatory

. Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Qualifications:

BNYS, BAMS, BHMS, BSMS, Pharm-D Any graduate with relevant experience may also apply
