Vecura Slimming Industry is seeking a passionate and results-driven
Wellness Expert
with strong
client consultation and conversion experience
. The ideal candidate will assess clients' health needs, recommend personalized slimming programs, and effectively convert consultations into long-term wellness plans while ensuring excellent client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct detailed
health, lifestyle, and body composition assessments
for clients
Recommend
customized slimming and wellness programs
aligned with Vecura protocols
Convert walk-in, telephonic, and online consultations
into paid programs
Educate clients on
diet, lifestyle modifications, and treatment plans
Build strong rapport and maintain long-term client relationships
Track client progress and provide ongoing motivation and follow-ups
Achieve
monthly conversion and revenue targets
Maintain accurate client records and compliance with internal SOPs
Collaborate with therapists and center teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Required Skills & Competencies
Proven experience in
client counseling and sales conversion
Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of
weight management, nutrition, and lifestyle wellness
Target-oriented with a client-centric approach
Ability to handle objections and close consultations confidently
Qualifications
Degree in
BHMS / BAMS / BNYS / BSMS / Pharm D / BSc or MSc Food & Nutrition
Additional certification in wellness, nutrition, or slimming will be an advantage
Experience
Minimum
1-2 years of experience
in the slimming, wellness, or healthcare industry
Prior experience in
client conversion
is mandatory
