Key Responsibilities
Wellness Expertise & Coaching
Conduct personalized wellness consultations and assessments.
Recommend tailored wellness plans, programs, or services based on client needs.
Deliver expert guidance across areas such as nutrition, fitness, stress management, lifestyle habits, and holistic health (as relevant to your organization).
Stay up to date on wellness trends, evidence-based practices, and industry standards.
Client Conversion & Relationship Building
Convert inbound inquiries, leads, and prospects into active clients through consultative, value-driven conversations.
Present program options, pricing, and benefits in a clear and compelling way.
Meet or exceed monthly conversion, retention, and upsell targets.
Build trusting, long-term relationships with clients to drive engagement and program success.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and contribute to client loyalty initiatives.
Program Support & Implementation
Guide clients through onboarding and ensure a smooth start to their wellness plan.
Track client progress and provide ongoing support or adjustments.
Communicate effectively with internal teams (coaches, operations, customer service) to ensure a seamless client journey.
Collect and analyze client feedback to improve programs, experiences, and outcomes.
Qualifications
B SC & M SC Food and Nutrition
Certification or degree in a wellness-related field (e.g., nutrition, fitness training, health coaching, holistic health, psychology, or similar).
Proven experience in
sales

program enrollment
, ideally in a wellness, healthcare, or lifestyle services environment.
Strong consultative communication and coaching skills.
Ability to build rapport quickly and connect authentically with clients.
Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed conversion metrics.
Comfortable discussing pricing, program commitments, and value propositions.
Tech-savvy and experienced with CRM systems, scheduling tools, or virtual consultation platforms.
Preferred Skills
Experience working in a spa, clinic, fitness center, corporate wellness program, or online wellness business.
Background in motivational interviewing or behavioral change coaching.
Ability to deliver both 1:1 and group wellness sessions.
Bilingual or multilingual communication skills (if applicable).
