Conduct client consultations to assess needs and recommend customized solutions.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets through relationship-based selling.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience in every interaction--in person, by phone, or online.
Maintain product knowledge across all wellness offerings and stay updated on industry trends.
Support promotional events, workshops, or wellness programs as needed.
Track client progress and follow up to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Accurately complete sales transactions and maintain clear, organized records.
Qualifications
Qualifications : BHMS/BAMS/BNYS/BSMS/MSC Food & Nutritino
Passion for health, wellness, and helping people make positive lifestyle changes.
1-3 years of sales experience (retail, consultative, or service-based preferred).
Background or certification in wellness, nutrition, holistic health, coaching, fitness, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build trust, educate clients, and recommend solutions confidently.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
Willingness to learn and stay current on wellness topics and product knowledge.
