We are seeking a motivated Wellness Expert with experience in client consultation and conversion within the slimming or wellness industry. This role focuses on guiding clients through wellness programs, understanding their goals, and supporting them in making informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct client consultations to assess wellness and slimming goals
Explain programs and services clearly and professionally
Build rapport and support clients through the decision-making process
Maintain accurate client records and follow up as needed
Collaborate with the team to achieve service and engagement targets
Requirements:
Experience in wellness, slimming, fitness, or related industries
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable with client consultations and conversions
