Responsibilities:
Conduct wellness and slimming assessments to understand client goals and recommend suitable programs.
Present slimming treatments, packages, and solutions with confidence and product knowledge.
Convert walk-ins, inquiries, and leads into paying clients through effective consultation and follow-up.
Maintain strong relationships with clients to support retention and satisfaction.
Track client progress and ensure excellent service throughout their program.
Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets while maintaining a professional, caring approach.
Keep accurate records of consultations, sales, and client updates.
