Job Summary

The Wellness Counselor will play a key role in guiding clients on their wellness journey while actively promoting and upselling Miror products. This role demands a blend of customer counseling, sales acumen, and digital engagement skills to ensure customers receive the best support and awareness about Miror's offerings.

Key Responsibilities

Provide personalized wellness counseling to clients, understanding their needs and recommending suitable Miror products. Promote and upsell Miror's wellness and therapeutic products during counseling sessions, ensuring client satisfaction and improved outcomes. Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat purchases and referrals. Actively engage with communities on Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, and other digital platforms to promote Miror's products and services.

Leverage technology-driven tools (CRM, social media management, webinars, virtual consultations, etc.) to connect with customers and communities effectively.

Conduct online and offline wellness awareness sessions, product demos, and workshops. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop strategies for product promotions and customer engagement. Stay updated with wellness trends, competitor products, and customer feedback to provide insights for product development and strategy.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Life Sciences, or related field (required). Prior experience in counseling, sales, or wellness advisory is required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Tech-savvy with hands-on experience in using digital platforms (Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, webinars, CRM tools).

Passion for health, wellness, and customer care. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
