Key Responsibilities
Interact with U.S. patients over the phone in a professional and empathetic manner
Coordinate and schedule wellness services and follow-up care as needed
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Collaborate with healthcare providers and administrative teams to ensure quality care
Provide patient education, reminders, and support to improve health outcomes
Uphold patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and other relevant regulations
Required Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree in
Hospital Management, Hospital Administration, or Nursing
ORa degree in a related field with
proven experience in the healthcare domain
Experience:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare setting or patient-facing role preferred
Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills
Ability to communicate clearly and compassionately with patients
Technical Requirements:
Stable internet connection and a quiet, professional home working environment
Comfortable using digital tools and telecommunication platforms
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with U.S. healthcare systems and terminology
Prior experience with wellness programs or care coordination
Basic understanding of electronic health records (EHR) systems
