Position Overview

The Wellness Consultant plays a key role in supporting clients through their slimming and wellness programs. This position involves conducting consultations, providing lifestyle and nutrition guidance, monitoring progress, and promoting client motivation and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct initial and follow-up consultations to assess client goals, medical history, and lifestyle habits Recommend appropriate slimming programs and treatments based on client needs Provide personalized wellness, nutrition, and lifestyle advice Track client progress, record measurements, and adjust plans as needed Motivate and support clients through challenges while celebrating milestones Educate clients on healthy habits, sustainable weight loss, and clinic services Collaborate with therapists/technicians to ensure consistent and effective care Maintain accurate client records and uphold confidentiality Participate in promotional activities, client engagement events, or product demonstrations Ensure a high standard of customer service and client care

Qualifications

Certification or diploma in Nutrition, Wellness Coaching, Dietetics, Fitness, or related field (preferred) Experience in slimming, wellness, fitness, or healthcare environments is a strong advantage Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer-service skills Ability to motivate and counsel clients in a positive, non-judgmental manner Knowledge of weight-management principles, nutrition basics, and healthy lifestyle practices Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage client follow-ups efficiently Passionate about wellness and helping others achieve health goals
