Job Title: Wellness Consultant (Slimming Industry)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Wellness Consultant with strong client conversion experience in the slimming and wellness industry. The role focuses on consulting clients, understanding their health and weight-loss goals, and effectively converting enquiries into long-term wellness programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct one-on-one consultations to assess clients' lifestyle, health, and slimming goals Explain slimming programs, treatments, and packages clearly and confidently Convert walk-ins, enquiries, and leads into committed clients Build trust and maintain strong relationships to encourage repeat visits and referrals Track client progress and provide ongoing motivation and support Achieve individual and team sales targets Maintain accurate client records and follow up consistently

Requirements:

Proven experience in client conversion or sales within the slimming, wellness, beauty, or healthcare industry Good communication and interpersonal skills Passion for wellness, health, and helping clients achieve results Target-driven with a customer-focused mindset Basic knowledge of weight management and wellness services is an advantage
