We are looking for a skilled and confident

Wellness Consultant

who has experience in

Skin, Wellness, and Sales Counselling

. The ideal candidate should be able to understand client needs, provide expert consultation, and support overall clinic sales and service quality.

Key Responsibilities

Provide

face-to-face consultation

to clients regarding skin, wellness, and treatment plans. Conduct

customer assessments

, understand concerns, and recommend suitable services or programs. Ensure

high-quality client experience

and maintain strong client relationships. Achieve monthly

sales targets

through effective counselling and conversions. Coordinate with the clinic team for smooth client handling and follow-ups. Maintain accurate documentation of client details, treatment plans, and follow-ups. Uphold company service standards and professionalism at all times.

Requirements

Experience in

Wellness, Skin Care, and Sales Counselling

(mandatory). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to convince, guide, and build trust with clients. Presentable, confident, and customer-focused. Willing to undergo

7-10 days unpaid training

in Chandigarh. Must be willing to sign a

2-year agreement

after joining.
