We are seeking a qualified Wellness Coach to support clients through personalized wellness programs and guide them from consultation to enrollment. The role requires strong communication skills, client engagement experience, and the ability to explain wellness solutions clearly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct client consultations to understand wellness goals
Explain clinic programs and services in a clear, ethical manner
Support client decision-making and program enrollment
Maintain accurate client records and follow-up schedules
Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure consistent client experience
Provide ongoing motivation and wellness guidance to clients
Requirements:
Experience in wellness, fitness, healthcare support, or client consultation roles
Proven ability to engage clients and support service enrollment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional, empathetic, and goal-oriented approach
Basic computer and record-keeping skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Background in wellness coaching, nutrition, or lifestyle management
