We are looking for a Wellness Expert with strong counselling and client conversion skills. The role involves assessing client needs, offering personalized wellness guidance, and converting leads into paying clients.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct health/wellness consultations and create personalized plans.
Convert leads through effective counselling and follow-up.
Achieve monthly client enrolment and conversion targets.
Track client progress and ensure high satisfaction.
Maintain accurate consultation and sales records.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of wellness, nutrition, or holistic health.
Excellent communication and consultative selling ability.
Customer-focused with strong relationship-building skills.
Target-driven with proven conversion experience.
