. This role ensures that the center runs smoothly every day, maintains high hygiene and therapy standards, and delivers a calm, premium, and trustworthy wellness experience to every client.
The Manager acts as the
bridge between the Founder, therapists, front desk staff, vendors, and customers
Oversee day-to-day operations of the wellness center
Ensure all therapy rooms, reception, washrooms, and common areas are clean, ready, and compliant with SOPs
Ensure opening and closing procedures are followed daily
Handle daily staff attendance, shift planning, and task allocation
Resolve on-ground operational issues independently
2. Staff & Team Management
Manage therapists, front desk executives, housekeeping, and support staff
Conduct daily briefings and weekly alignment meetings
Ensure therapists follow therapy SOPs, hygiene protocols, and service etiquette
Train new staff on:
Customer handling
Therapy flow & professionalism
Hygiene & safety standards
Address staff performance issues, discipline, and motivation
Coordinate leaves and backups
3. Customer Experience & Service Quality
Ensure a warm, respectful, and calm customer experience at every touchpoint
Personally handle escalations, complaints, and sensitive customers
Monitor therapy quality and customer satisfaction
Collect and review customer feedback regularly
Ensure repeat visits and referrals through excellent service
4. Sales, Billing & Revenue Oversight
Ensure accurate billing, package tracking, and payment collection
Monitor daily sales, services delivered, and therapist utilization
Upsell packages, memberships, and add-on therapies ethically
Share daily and monthly revenue reports with the Founder
Prevent revenue leakage and billing errors
5. Inventory, Vendors & Facility Management
Manage inventory of oils, consumables, linens, uniforms, and toiletries
Maintain minimum stock levels and raise purchase requests
Coordinate with vendors for supplies, laundry, maintenance, and repairs
Ensure all equipment and appliances are functional
Oversee facility upkeep, ambience, and decor maintenance
6. Process, Compliance & Documentation
Ensure SOPs are followed across therapies, hygiene, and front desk
Maintain staff records, attendance, incentives, and duty rosters
Ensure confidentiality and client privacy
Support audits, documentation, and compliance needs
Suggest process improvements to improve efficiency and experience
7. Founder Coordination & Reporting
Act as the single point of contact for daily operations
Share daily summaries and weekly reports with the Founder
Flag risks, issues, and improvement opportunities proactively
Execute new initiatives or experiments suggested by the Founder

Daily/monthly revenue targets
Therapist productivity & utilization
Hygiene & SOP compliance
Staff attendance & retention
Inventory wastage and cost control
Complaint resolution time
Required Skills & QualificationsMust-Have
2-5 years of experience in
spa, wellness center, clinic, salon, or hospitality operations
Strong people management and communication skills
Calm, mature, and solution-oriented personality
Ability to handle customers, staff, and pressure situations gracefully
Basic understanding of billing, inventory, and reporting
Comfortable with WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and basic software
Good to Have
Experience in Ayurveda / wellness / healthcare environment
Prior role as Center Manager, Spa Manager, or Operations Manager
Exposure to SOPs, audits, or compliance processes
Sales or package management experience
