Key Responsibilities:

Lead Engagement & Sales Support

? Call and interact with new leads from events, referrals, and campaigns.

? Explain the 21-Day Challenge, fitness plans, and answer basic fitness/nutrition questions.

? Guide prospects preliminarily and then connect them with senior trainers/dieticians.

On-Ground Activation

? Represent at society complexes, events, and wellness activations.

? Manage permissions with RWAs, coordinate stalls, and handle customer walk-ins.

? Be the first point of contact for participants at community events.

?

Fitness/Nutrition Support

? Provide basic guidance on diet & exercise (e.g., daily steps, healthy swaps, workout tips).

? Build trust with participants by being approachable and knowledgeable.

? Escalate detailed queries to expert PTs/dieticians.

Ideal Candidate

? Graduate/Postgraduate in Nutrition, Dietetics, Sports Science, or Physical Education (2024/2025 pass-outs welcome).

? Strong communication & interpersonal skills (English + Hindi).

? Passionate about fitness, health, and wellness.

? Comfortable with on-ground work (society visits, events, local marketing).

? Self-driven, enthusiastic, and eager to grow with a fast-paced startup.
