The Wellness Advisor - Client Acquisition is a critical frontline representative of IDC India's flagship
Medicaps SuperLife Program
. This role combines the art of empathetic health communication with the science of millet-based, AI-powered preventive health solutions. Advisors will engage, educate, and convert high-intent clients into active subscribers of the SuperLife Program, contributing directly to business growth while maintaining the highest ethical standards in healthcare promotion.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Engagement & Education
Conduct structured wellness consultations (physical or virtual) to assess client health goals and explain the value of the Medicaps SuperLife Program.
Build strong, trust-based relationships with potential clients, addressing their concerns and tailoring the program's benefits to their needs.
Use program literature, case studies, and platform demos to communicate impact.
2. Subscription Sales & Target Achievement
Achieve monthly and quarterly subscription enrolment targets set by the Business Lead.
Maintain a robust lead pipeline through field outreach, digital lead follow-ups, institutional partnerships, and referrals.
Track performance metrics daily and maintain accurate records in CRM or lead tracking systems.
3. Premium Network Outreach
Liaise with fitness centers, wellness clinics, nutritionists, luxury clubs, gated communities, and other high-affinity networks to generate qualified leads.
Represent the program at health awareness sessions, luxury wellness events, and curated invite-only experiences.
4. Personalization & Advisory Support
Use a consultative approach to align the AI-powered millet-based program with the client's lifestyle, preferences, and wellness objectives.
Support onboarding by guiding clients through their initial assessments and Care Pod introduction.
5. Collaboration & Feedback Loop
Work closely with the medical, nutrition, and tech teams to share field insights.
Contribute client feedback for continuous improvement of the program and platform experience.
Key Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Nutrition, Public Health, Marketing, or equivalent. (Master's, Healthcare sales or wellness consulting experience preferred.)
1-3 years' experience in client-facing roles, ideally in healthcare, wellness, diagnostics, or premium B2C domains.
Fluent in English and the local language.
