Minimum 8 years (with at least 3 years in a leadership role; international school experience preferred)

Postgraduate degree in Counselling or Clinical Psychology (mandatory)

About the Role:
We're looking for a compassionate and strategic mental health professional to lead and strengthen our wellbeing initiatives across the school. This role involves mentoring a team of counsellors, supporting students and staff, and embedding a culture of care and emotional safety throughout the school community.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and implementation of whole-school wellbeing programs
Supervise and guide the counselling team
Provide individual and group counselling to students
Collaborate with academic leaders on wellbeing strategy and training
Handle crisis situations using a restorative, student-centered approach

Deep understanding of child and adolescent development
Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
Experience building or scaling wellbeing programs is a plus
