As a Well Construction Tender Manager, you will be responsible to to prepare proposals/bids, contract negotiation and compliance with contract commitments and commercial risk assessment. Leads the development of business plans for a specific product or product line.
As a Well Construction Tender Manager, you will be responsible for

• Reviewing tender documents, identifying requirements, and ensuring compliance with client specifications.
• Leading the preparation, coordination, and submission of tenders, proposals, and bids within deadlines
• Working with finance and commercial teams to develop competitive pricing strategies
• Analyzing cost structures and prepare detailed cost breakdowns for bids.
• Ensuring pricing aligns with company profitability targets and market competitiveness.
• Identifying and assess risks associated with tender submissions.
• Facilitating tender review meetings and ensure alignment across departments.

Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will :

• Have a Graduation with 5 plus years of relevant experience in Proposals
• Have experience in drilling function
• Have prior experience in commercials, tenders and proposals
• Have experience in end-to-end tendering process and have knowledge of cost model
• Have Excellent communication and influencing skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Positive attitude to embrace change and see challenge as opportunity
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
