Handling grievances at the initial stage
Listening to workers and counselling them as well
Encouraging and Motivating workers for better performance
Making workers aware of the rules and regulation of the company
Checking complaint/suggestion boxes to share the notes, if any, with the concerned
Coordinating activities of medical center including its compliance issues
Carrying out workers orientation program
Carrying out different awareness programs as per requirements of different dept.
