Job Description

Body Levelling: Immediately level and align the product body after removal from the mould to prevent deformation and ensure dimensional accuracy.

HDPE Fabrication & Cutting: Perform accurate cutting and trimming of HDPE components based on technical drawings and layout specifications

Extrusion Welding: Operate extrusion welding equipment for joining HDPE parts, ensuring proper parameters such as temperature, pressure, and alignment are maintained.

Heating & Assembly: Preheat full units or specific welding zones to appropriate temperatures to ensure uniform heat distribution and strong fusion during assembly.

Joint Cleaning & Preparation: Clean and prepare all joint areas using approved methods and materials to eliminate contaminants and promote effective bonding.

Unit Assembly: Assemble components precisely and efficiently, ensuring alignment and fit in accordance with design requirements.

Water & Leak Testing: Conduct hydrostatic and leak testing to verify water-tightness and structural integrity of assembled units, documenting all results.

Inspection & Quality Control: Visually inspect welds and joints for quality and conformance, identify defects, and carry out necessary corrections or rework.

Documentation & Reporting: Complete assembly checklists, weld logs, testing records, and other required documentation for traceability and compliance.
