Roles and Responsibilities:

l Deliver practical and theoretical training in welding and fitting.

l Conduct assessments and track student performance.

l Maintain workshop tools and ensure safety compliance.

l Prepare training reports and documentation.

l Mentor students on industry practices and work ethics.

l Any other tasks assigned by Reporting Manager.

Desired Skills:

l Strong technical knowledge in welding/fitter.

l Effective communication and training delivery skills.

l Familiarity with safety protocols and workshop management.

l Passion for skill development and student engagement.

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of relevant industry experience

Qualification:

ITI / Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering
