Job Title: Welder

Job Summary:

The Welder is responsible for joining, cutting, and repairing metal parts using various welding techniques. The role requires reading technical drawings, operating welding equipment safely, and ensuring strong, high-quality welds as per specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform welding operations using MIG, TIG, ARC, or Gas welding methods Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and work instructions Cut, grind, and prepare metal surfaces before welding Inspect welded joints for strength, accuracy, and quality Repair damaged metal components and structures Operate welding tools and equipment safely Follow safety rules and maintain a clean work area Meet production targets and quality standards

Requirements & Skills:

Proven experience as a welder Knowledge of different welding techniques and equipment Ability to read technical drawings and measurements Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail Physical stamina and ability to work in various positions Basic knowledge of safety practices and PPE

Education & Certification (Preferred):

ITI / Trade Certificate in Welding or equivalent Welding certification is an advantage

Work Environment:

Workshop / factory / site-based work May involve heat, noise, and heavy materials
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
