Position SummaryWe are looking for a skilled and experienced Welder/Fitter to join our manufacturing and production team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various welding processes and be proficient in working with both Mild Steel (MS) and Stainless Steel (SS) materials. This role involves precise fitting, fabrication, and welding work according to technical drawings.Key Responsibilities

Welding Operations:

Perform high-quality, precise welding work on Mild Steel (MS) and Stainless Steel (SS) materials using various techniques including ARC/Rod welding, MIG (Metal Inert Gas), and CO2 welding.

Fitting and Fabrication:

Accurately cut, fit, and assemble metal components according to engineering drawings and blueprints.

Quality Assurance:

Ensure all welding joints and fabrication work meet the company's quality standards and industry safety protocols.

Equipment Operation:

Safely operate and maintain welding machines, cutting torches, grinders, and other related equipment.

Troubleshooting:

Identify and resolve common issues or irregularities that may arise during the production process.
Required Qualifications

Education:

ITI Diploma (Industrial Training Institute Diploma) in the Fitter trade from a recognized institution.

Experience:

A minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience in welding and fabrication.

Technical Skills:

Practical, hands-on knowledge of MS and SS welding. Proficiency in ARC/Rod, MIG, and CO2 welding processes. Ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints and technical drawings.

Soft Skills:

Excellent hand-eye coordination. Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a busy production environment.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
