We are looking for a skilled and hardworking

Welder / Fitter

to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in welding, fabrication, and fitting work, along with the ability to read drawings and complete tasks with accuracy and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and fabrication specifications. Perform welding operations (Arc/MIG/TIG) as per project requirements. Fit, assemble, and install metal structures, frames, and components. Cut, bend, and prepare materials using appropriate tools and machines. Inspect welded joints and fabricated structures for accuracy and quality. Carry out repair, modification, and maintenance work on metal parts. Maintain tools, welding equipment, and ensure proper functioning. Follow all safety guidelines and PPE compliance at on-site and off-site locations. Coordinate with supervisors and team members to meet project timelines.

Candidate Requirements:

ITI / Diploma in Welding, Fitting, or related field (preferred). Minimum

4-5 years

of experience as a Welder or Fitter. Ability to read technical drawings and work independently. Strong knowledge of welding techniques, fabrication tools, and safety standards. Physically fit and able to work on-site as required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
