Key Responsibilities:
Welding:
Perform welding operations using
ARC/MIG/TIG/Gas Welding.
Read and understand technical drawings and blueprints.
Ensure strong, clean, and accurate weld joints.
Repair and maintain welded structures and equipment.
Fitting:
Measure, cut, grind, and fit metal parts accurately.
Assemble fabricated components as per specifications.
Use fitting tools like grinders, cutting machines, drills, measuring tools.
Align and position components correctly before welding.
General:
Follow
safety rules and company standards.
Maintain tools machines in good condition.
Coordinate with supervisors and production team.
Ensure work quality and timely completion of tasks.
Qualifications:
ITI / Diploma in
Welder / Fitter preferred
8th / 10th/ 12th pass with relevant experience can also apply
Experience:
Maximum
5-10 years
of experience in welding and fitting.
Experience in
Fabrication / industrial / manufacturing
setup preferred.
Skills Required:
Good knowledge of
welding techniques.
Strong understanding of
Fitting and fabrication work.
Ability to read drawings and measurements.
Physically fit and hardworking.
Teamwork and discipline.
Safety Requirements:
Must follow safety procedures.
Proper use of
PPE ( Helmet, gloves, goggles, shoes )
