Carry out welding, cutting, and fabrication jobs for plant equipment and structural supports.
Perform repair and maintenance welding on batching plant, conveyors, silos, transit mixers, and other machinery.
Inspect equipment and identify welding repair needs.
Operate welding tools such as arc welding, gas cutting, grinders, etc.
Ensure proper alignment and finishing of welded joints.
Maintain tools, equipment, and workplace cleanliness.
Follow plant safety standards, PPE usage, and safe welding practices.
Support maintenance team during breakdowns to reduce downtime.
Keep records of repair/maintenance work performed.
