Responsibilities

Perform welding work on solar mounting structures, iron/steel frames, and related components.

Read and interpret technical drawings and installation blueprints.

Operate welding machines (Arc, MIG, TIG) safely and efficiently.

Ensure strong, accurate, and clean welds to support solar structures.

Assist in fabrication, cutting, fitting, and installation of solar mounting systems.

Follow workplace safety standards (helmet, gloves, boots, harness, etc.).

Maintain welding tools and equipment in proper working condition.

Coordinate with the installation team to complete solar projects on schedule.

Requirements

Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a welder (construction/solar/fabrication preferred).

Knowledge of different welding techniques (Arc/MIG/TIG).

Ability to handle field/site work for solar projects.

Physically fit and comfortable with working in outdoor conditions.

Basic knowledge of solar project installation (preferred but not mandatory).

ITI/Certification in welding (preferred).

Salary

?15,000 - ?20,000 per month (depending on skills & experience)

Overtime & site allowances may be provided.
