Job Responsibilities:

Perform

welding of solar panel mounting structures

, including MS/GI structures Carry out

ARC, MIG, and Gas Welding

for solar support frames, rails, and brackets Read and understand

solar layout drawings and fabrication drawings

Fabricate and assemble

solar mounting structures

as per site requirements Ensure proper

alignment, strength, and finishing

of welded joints Work closely with installation and civil teams at solar project sites Maintain

welding quality standards

to withstand wind load and weather conditions Follow

safety procedures

while working at height and on-site Inspect welds and correct defects if required Maintain welding tools, machines, and consumables

Required Qualifications & Skills:

ITI / Trade Certificate in Welding or equivalent Experience in

structural welding

, preferably in

solar panel installations

Knowledge of

MS, GI, and aluminum welding

Ability to read basic technical drawings Awareness of

site safety and PPE usage

Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors and at heights
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
