We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic

Welder Trainee (Fresher)

to join our manufacturing team at Suba Solutions. This is an entry-level position suitable for candidates who have completed technical education (ITI/Diploma) in welding or fabrication and are willing to undergo hands-on training.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist senior welders in daily welding and fabrication tasks. Learn and perform basic welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and Arc welding under supervision. Prepare, clean, and set up metal components before welding. Follow safety procedures and company policies during welding operations. Maintain welding equipment and tools in good working condition. Participate in on-the-job training sessions to improve technical and safety skills. Help in assembling machine frames and fabricated structures as per drawings. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the welding area.

Educational Qualification:

ITI in Welder / Fitter / Fabrication or Diploma in Mechanical / Production Engineering (Freshers eligible)

Key Skills Required:

Basic understanding of welding and metal fabrication Eagerness to learn and adapt Ability to read simple mechanical drawings (preferred) Good physical stamina and attention to detail Safety-conscious and team-oriented attitude
