Perform welding and fabrication work for solar panel structures and mounts.
Read and understand technical drawings.
Ensure all welding meets safety and quality standards.
Maintain welding equipment and tools.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a welder (MIG/TIG/Arc).
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
Knowledge of safety standards and PPE usage.
ITI/Diploma in Welding or related trade preferred.
